Dydh da everybody! (Hello! in cornish)
This film is my version of summarizing a short but wonderful week in July in Cornwall. Thanks to everyone who participated with pictures (which I might have borrowed from the chat). Please get back if there are any problems with pictures or something in the video.
Any mixup of photos or places are of course only my fault. I am of course a complete amateur trying to make a diary video exciting. Work in progress obviously. Hope you enjoy anyway.
Sorry for the background noice problem while bodyboarding. However the GoPro camera broke down later the same day…
Music used:
1. The Onedin Line theme music, London Symphony orchestra, cond. John Keating
2. Bocastle Breakdown – Guide track, John Dowling, Banjo
3. Kernow ow thre – Cornwall my home, Harry Glasson. Sung in Cornish by Matthi Clarke for Federation of Old Cornwall Societies. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPl1WIeK9aU
4. Cornwall my home, Harry Glasson. Performed by The Fishermans´s friend featuring Imelda May. (The video is mainly set in Port Isaac!)
I was considering using the Doc Martin theme for Port Isaac 😊, but in the end it lost out.….
Some of the places we hiked to in Cornwall:
Trebetherick, Polzeath, Port Isaac, Rock…
Travelling tip:
Use bus coaches from London on days of train strike (“industral actions”), which of course take much longer…
